VACANCY FOR A RECEPTIONIST

A leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy has a vacancy for a receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The work entails greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing correspondences, performing data entry, and ensuring that the reception area is in a hospitable condition at all times.

QUALIFICATION

A certificate/diploma in Business/Office Administration, or any associated discipline is a requirement together with at least two years of relevant work experience.
