Abass Hubellah, proprietor of Besto Trading at 13 Free Street, Freetown, wishes to address recent false and misleading reports regarding his business activities.

These reports alleged irregularities in a transaction involving eight containers of frozen chicken and an additional seven containers, including claims of improper payments, issues with container clearance, and demurrage disputes.

He confirms that the transaction with his business partner has been fully resolved. An agreement was reached to pay the partner USD 40,000, with a clear plan in place for timely settlement. All matters regarding container clearance, demurrage, and port procedures were handled appropriately, and complete documentation is available if required.
